Update USB Controller Drivers. If the above method fails to work, you can try updating or reinstalling USB controller drivers. That may fix the incompatible problem. Here’s how to do that: Step 1. Right-click the Start button and select the Device Manager from the context menu. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers menu.

  1. Host driver for on-board mini-USB connector. The K2L EVM has a CP2105 device on-board. A driver must be installed on the host PC in order to be able to communicate with the EVM using the CP2105 mini-USB connector located at the corner edge of the EVM. The driver can be downloaded from CP2105 driver download. Both Linux and Windows host machine drivers can be downloaded from this page.
  2. Improvements and fixes. This update includes a fix for an incorrect device driver (“Microsoft – WPD – 2/22/2016 12:00:00 AM - 5.2.5326.4762”) that was released by a third-party on March 8, 2017 that affected a small group of users with USB connected phones or other media devices that rely on Media Transfer Protocol (MTP).

The Panasonic Stock Firmware can be used to upgrade or downgrade your Panasonic device’s firmware, Fixing any software-related error, Fixing IMEI-related error, and Fixing bootloop error.

[*] Caution: We do NOT recommend you to flash the preloader.bin file on Mediatek devices. As it can brick the device, therefore untick the preloader option before flashing the stock firmware on the device.
